Connect your Seller Central account
You authorize Scanio from Amazon's own consent screen, which takes about a minute. There is no password to hand over, and you can revoke the authorization from your Seller Central account whenever you want.
We capture a baseline
The first sync records where your listings stand today. There is nothing to compare that against yet, so day one is deliberately quiet. We would rather tell you that here than have you wonder about it on your first evening.
From the next day, changes arrive as tasks
Every sync after the first one compares against what came before. Anything that moved shows up in your Change Inbox as a task with an owner and a due date, so closing it is somebody's job rather than somebody's good intention.
Syncs run on a daily schedule, so you know within a day of something changing. A day is the cadence the product actually holds to, so a day is what we promise.

Questions
What happens on my first day?
We capture a baseline of your listings, and that is all. There is no earlier day to compare it against, so your Change Inbox is empty on purpose. Real changes start arriving the next day. We say this on the way in rather than in a support article, because a quiet first day is much easier to accept when you were told about it before you signed up.
Do I need to give you my Amazon password?
No. You authorize Scanio through Amazon's own consent screen, the same way you would authorize any other tool you connect to Seller Central. We never see or store your Amazon password, and you can revoke the authorization from your Seller Central account at any time without asking us first.
How quickly will I know when something changes?
Within a day. Syncs run on a daily schedule, so a change today reaches you as a task on the next sync. That is the whole promise, deliberately. We would rather be believed than sound faster than we are.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You get 30 days of the full product with no card on file, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends. If you want to keep going, you subscribe from your billing settings. If you do not, the account pauses until you do.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your billing settings. No email to support, no call to sit through, no notice period.
